Wade is 12 years old and resides at the home of the HATTAH Desert Race, Mildura, Victoria and is currently aboard a RM85 big wheel for the 2018 season.
Wade first starting racing in 2015, cutting his teeth at dirt track and Enduro racing. After 12 months, wade found his passion for Enduro racing and concentrated on this since 2016.
This year was his stand out year aboard a new RM 85sw, standing on the podium many times across many Enduro and MX rounds. Wade won the local club enduro series, finished 2nd in the clubs MX series, finished a respectable 4th in the South Australian Off-road Championships (dropped a full round due to injury and a night in Adelaide hospital), 14th in class at HATTAH (first attempt).
2018 sees Wade go up in class to the 85cc Big wheel class. Practice has already started for the season with most weekends spent playing in the sand in readiness for the big year ahead. The focus for the 2018 season will see Wade competing in approximately 30+ events including the local enduro series, HATTAH and the SAORC series again. New to this year’s calendar will be the Australian Off-road Championship. After a taste of this event during the ’17 season, Wade is keen to test his skills against the countries best over a full season.
