Currently competing in the Pro Dirt Late Model Series in Western Australia – Australia’s toughest Late Model series.
My team travels for the blue ribbon events.
I have a 19 year history of competing within the sport.
Starting out as a Junior driver and stepping into the Sprintcar ranks. Sprintcar racing took me overseas to America where I made the switch to pavement racing and became the first Australian to compete in the Indy Lites under the IndyCar banner.
After arriving back on Australian soil I took a 6 year break from competing but was still involved within the sport with my husband.
A fresh start, in a new division to me and owning my own team and we are now in our third season competing in Dirt Late Models.
Our two largest blue ribbon events from last season saw me finish 7th in the Late Model Nationals. This meeting includes professional drivers from the US, we were the 4th Australian home.
We also travelled from Perth to Warrnambool, Vic. To compete in my first Australian Title. From 50 cars I had to go through the B-main (last chance qualifier), won the B-main, started off position 21 for the main event and crossed the line in 11th for the Australian Title also picking up the hard charger award for most cars passed. Finishing outside of the top 10 was not the goal but considering I had to come from the B, we were happy to make up so many positions against the toughest in the country.
